WESA seeks an organized, energetic Executive Director to lead daily operations for our youth and adult soccer programs serving 325+ players. You'll manage programs, finances, fundraising, grants, events, communications, and staff/volunteer coordination, working closely with the Board and Director of Coaching. Ideal candidates have strong administrative and financial skills, nonprofit or youth-sports experience, and a collaborative, community-oriented approach.
